Responsibility: Client contact and account management. Day-to-day project administration and follow-through. Coordination of execution with the creative department, including documentation, budgets and timelines.
As an account manager, Jaylene serves a variety of clients by planning and executing marketing strategies, working with our creative and media teams to build campaign efforts including traditional broadcast and print efforts as well as online and social media.
As a fourth generation Montanan, Jaylene’s roots run deep; her family started an apple orchard in the Bitterroot Valley in 1909 and her grandfather started a HVAC Wholesale business in 1972. They are both still running today and strongly support the growing business atmosphere of the surrounding community. Jaylene developed a strong work ethic early on, working in her family’s businesses.
Jaylene holds Associate of Science and Associate of Applied Science in Respiratory Therapy degrees and before joining Banik she worked as an Intake Specialist and Medical Scheduler at Benefis Hosptial’s Spectrum Medical in Great Falls.
In an earlier life, Jaylene served as an interpretative ranger for the Forest Service at the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center and became a certified Lewis and Clark nerd in the process.
Though she now lives in the big city of Great Falls, Jaylene remains a farm girl with a love for Montana who likes chickens, fishing, photography and river adventures with her guy Marshall and their pup Tango.
