Ronda Banik | Founder

Responsibility: Oversight of financial management of firm; account supervision; personnel supervision.

As one of Banik Communications’ founders, Ronda’s 34 years of experience in marketing, media and communications have helped us built an extensive record of success on behalf of our clients. Among them have been the Montana Lottery, Valley Bank of Kalispell, Farmers State Bank, Montana Department of Transportation, the North Dakota Department of Transportation, North Valley Hospital, the Montana Department of Labor & Industry and Ashland Community Hospital.

Her leadership has served in projects which save, protect or improve the lives of our friends and neighbors. These have included traffic safety, diabetes control, breast cancer awareness, senior assistance, tobacco use prevention, stroke awareness and early childhood education.

During her career, Ronda has received more than fifteen National Telly Awards, four National Communicator Crystal Awards, 45 Montana Addy Awards and six Silver Microphone Awards. She is a graduate of Leadership Great Falls and a Great Falls Chamber of Commerce Athena Award winner. She has served on boards for United Way of Cascade County, Montana PBS, Great Falls Food Bank, the Coalition for Elderly Abuse, and the Lewis & Clark Foundation.

Ronda’s education includes training at the Media and Marketing School, Minneapolis MN; Marketing and Media Education; studies in Communications from Flathead Valley Community College in Kalispell; Business Administration from the College of Great Falls and MSU-Great Falls.
