Mission Statement:
Rooted in Montana Grit, Banik develops tailored solutions that work to build brands, drive lasting results, and compel people to become their best selves.
Collectively, our team has decades of experience working on behalf of Montana tourism efforts, agribusiness, hospitality, conservation, transportation, and public health and safety. We serve clients across the great state of Montana from east to west, with a lot of clients dotting the rural areas in between. We also work with clients in the surrounding states and are always looking to grow our list of partners.
Our main goals are to:
- Be a one-stop shop for our clients’ marketing and communication needs
- Form partnerships that not only benefit our clients, but also connect organizations and people in a way that betters all involved
- Move from ideas to implementation using research, best practices, and strategy to guide the process
- Create tailored messages and designs that meet each campaign’s target audience in a way that is relevant, relatable, and recallable

Banik is structured as an ESOP, an employee-owned corporation. And because we are employee-owned, we are all invested in our company’s success and that means we’re invested in our clients’ success. The better our work is for you, the better our long-term success.

We look for marketing solutions which are relevant, strategic, and effective.
